While there is no apparent Canadian trademark record, the Canada-China Year of Tourism logo would have the status of a mark of the Government of Canada.
About Canada-China Year of Tourism
To create closer ties between Chinese and Canadian citizens. Destination Canada, the federal Crown corporation mandated to attract tourism to Canada, managed Canadian CCYT operations and worked closely with industry and the Government of Canada in applying CCYT identity.
